Every piece is made to order and shipped by Fourthwall. Here is what that means for your order.
Shipping
- Making it
- 2 to 5 business days. Each piece is printed or stitched once you order it.
- To the US
- 3 to 7 business days after it's made, so 5 to 12 business days in all.
- Everywhere else
- 2 to 4 weeks after it's made.
- Busy times
- Holidays and big drops can add a few days.
- Cost
- Shipping and any tax are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Returns
- Change of mind or size
- Because each piece is made for you, it can't be returned for a change of mind or a different size. Check the size guide before you order.
- Damaged or misprinted
- Report it within 30 days of delivery, with photos, and it will be put right.
- Wrong size sent
- If you got a different size from the one you ordered, it can be exchanged.
- Lost in the post
- If tracking hasn't moved for 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (elsewhere), a replacement can be sent.
Paying
- Card
- Pay by card at checkout.
- PayPal
- Choose PayPal at checkout.
- Pay in 4
- Klarna or Afterpay: four interest-free payments, on orders of $10 or more. In the US only, for now.
Your order
- Confirmation
- You get an email as soon as you order. You can check how your order is doing from its confirmation page.
- Tracking
- When it ships, you get another email with a tracking link.
- Currency
- Prices show in your local currency where it's supported, and checkout charges in that currency. You can change it at the bottom of any page.
- Refunds
- Any refund goes back in the currency you paid in.
